An artist’s workshop at the rear end of a courtyard in Montmartre which would undergo heavy restructuring work, to exploit the extra height surface and better organize the use of space in the existing part. From the first floor, each bedroom has one view to the outside and one view to the living room. On the ground floor, the main living room is alternatively single, double or triple height, and benefits from double exposure.
