Le long d’une venelle rouverte sur une parcelle faubourienne en profondeur, un nouvel ensemble prend place parmi des bâtisses anciennes préservées. Plus de 100 logements de tous types, sociaux et en accessions sont créés, ainsi qu’un bâtiment en coliving. A rez-de-chaussée, huit associations emmenées par Emmaüs se réunissent pour créer ensemble le « Village du Réemploi ».

Au cœur du projet, un jardin urbain et partagé offre un nouvel espace de fraîcheur et de paix à tous les montreuillois. Projet en association avec NRAU | A new set of collective housing buildings is created along a reopened alley in a long plot of land, among preserved ancient buildings. It conveys more than one hundred housing units, mixing rented social housing with private residences and a flat-share house, eligible for 

students and alike. On the ground floor, 8 social and ecological associations are joining forces to create the first ‘Re-use and Recycling Village”. In the heart of the project there is a community garden, which will provide the community with a true island of quietness and freshness within the urban fabric of Montreuil.
